Join Stephanie for a deeply restorative and transformative Breathwork experience designed to help you release what has been draining your energy and reconnect with the vibrant vitality that lives within you.

In the midst of busy lives and constant demands, it is easy to lose touch with our own aliveness. This is a dedicated space to slow down, return to your body, and remember what it feels like to be fully awake and energized from the inside out.

Through the powerful practice of rhythmic Breathwork, we create space for your mind to soften, release stored tension and emotion, and reawaken a deeper sense of clarity, strength, and renewed life force.

This guided journey invites you to pause, breathe, and come home to yourself.

In this class, you are invited to:

Release fatigue, depletion, and the weight of what you’ve been carrying

Calm overthinking and quiet the busy mind

Reawaken energy, presence, and a felt sense of aliveness in the body

Invite renewed vitality, clarity, and wholeness into your body and life

Together, we’ll use the power of conscious breath to reconnect with the intelligence of your body, deepen self-awareness, and cultivate a sense of grounding, expansion, and restored energy.

This experience is open to anyone curious about Breathwork and is supportive for both beginners and those who have practiced before.
