Breathwork Workshop with Nicole Rager April 6 at 12:30-2PM

Transformational Breath® is a style of connected breathing that incorporates body mapping, hands-on acupressure-style touch, sound, affirmations, and movement to create a profound transformative experience.

The technique works on all levels – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual – and serves to bring you back to a place of freedom, peace, joy, and potential.

In working with Nicole, you will learn to use your own breath to release stored emotions, imprints from past traumas, repressions, grief, anxiety and shame. You will experience a growing freedom and expansion in your life, often after just one breath session. Repeated practice and work with a facilitator opens up your life in profound and lasting ways.

Candlelit Yin with Nidra Now Offered on Sundays at 6:15PM

Now offering CANDLELIT YIN with NIDRA on SUNDAYS at 6:15PM as a regularly scheduled class

Yin Yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, and joints. It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Poses are held for a longer period of time than they are in other types of yoga. Yin yoga helps you stretch and lengthen those rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts.

Our Yin class is concluded with Nidra or a “yogic sleep” guided meditation that induces a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping.

Join us on Sundays at 6:15PM for Yin Yoga with Nidra to rejuvenate yourself before starting a new week


REIKI & SOUND IMMERSION with Reiki Master Aylin Konhilas, and Sound Healer, Mallory Langston on March 9 at 4pm.
The REIKI and SOUND BATH modalities will be used simultaneously to provide a unique calming experience. Each participant will receive individual Reiki healing, while enjoying the Sound Bath collectively.
