Esak is a world class practitioner, competitor and teacher. He is the most well known and well respected teacher in the Bikram community, period. The Bikram postures are the basis of every workshop and class he teaches. He is in demand all over the globe and we are tremendously happy to have Esak lead these events at Bikram Yoga Charleston.

 

Posture Clinic: In this class Esak covers the common basis of all hatha yoga postures in our Bikram practice. Additionally he answers your questions about specific posture technique, and breaks them down into their crucial elements. Esak will also be providing extra instruction for back bending.

 

Intermediate (“e84”) Class: This class is open to anyone with a basic foundation in the Bikram postures — that means you! It’s not an advanced class. Rather, it goes just beyond the Bikram 26, allowing us to try something new! This is a 90 minute hot class that is safe and fun!
