During the 30-Day Challenge, our regular B60 class on Wednesday nights at 6:30 will be a no-extra-cost HIIT class! The first HIIT class will be Feb 1st.

Charelle Anderson Grgas

Hot HIIT practice is a natural compliment to 360 Yoga’s current method of movement. This practice burns fat and creates long, lean muscle mass, with rapid results. HIIT provides a high-intenstity workout, but without high impact on the body. It’s done on the mat, with no extra equipment needed — and it’s FUN! Charelle’s peppy, encouraging instruction is paired with upbeat, energetic music, making this class a fun-full-body fat-burn! Charelle is committed to sharing this effective, fun, safe and challenging workout class for all ages and body types. Come try Cherelle’s class during our CHALLENGE-MONTH on Wednesdays at 6:30PM!

More about Charelle … She moved to Mount Pleasant eighteen months ago, with her husband and two boys.  She is originally from Westchester, NY, where her Yoga foundation and her journey began. Charelle has a strong ballet background, having studied at The School of American Ballet at the Juilliard Building in New York City.  Her extensive ballet training has contributed to her discipline, posture and form. Charelle’s passion for wellness, coupled with her love for helping others, were deciding factors that motivated Charelle to enroll in a teacher- training program.  That course led to her certification as a Hot HIIT Instructor in November 2021. Charelle believes that “through consistent practice, you will gain both strength and flexibility, increase neuromuscular control, achieve better posture & cardiovascular endurance, all while improving circulation throughout your body.”

To begin the season, we will be taking the month of January to “warm-up” for the 30-Day Yoga Challenge in February. The idea is to add at least one class to your normal routine for each successive week in January. It might go like this: 2 classes the first week; 3 classes the second week; and so on. The Warm-Up starts on the first day of the year! So get your mind ready to embark on upping your yoga game! We will have a huge chart in the lobby where you can put your name up and keep track of every class your take. We are offering a SALE on a One Month Unlimited Pass for the January Warm-Up. $30 OFF Normal Price for all the yoga you can do!

The February Challenge :

What is the February CHALLENGE? 

The “challenge” is to complete as many classes as you can in 30 days. Participation is FREE. This year’s challenge allows you to set your own goal for the 30 days starting Monday, January 30. What is a challenge for you — 3 classes per week? 20 classes in 30 days? Or 30 in 30!! Pick a number that challenges you! You may also take advantage of the SALE during the Challenge.

When Does it Start? 

The 30 Day Challenge starts Monday, January 30th, and runs through Tuesday, Feb 28th. 

Why do the Challenge? 

This is an incredible way to start the New Year, to put your fitness resolutions into action, and to bring a focused goal to your practice. Take these 30 days to build a healthy body from the inside out, and create some consistent, healthy habits for 2023.

Mind & Body Fitness Challenge is Starting Now

We are Greeting Spring
With a Total Mind & Body Fitness Challenge!
Welcome to the first ever 360 Yoga Spring Challenge. Do your fitness and health goals need a little spark? Perhaps January resolutions have faded? We got you! We have designed a program to motivate and inspire you to greater fitness in both body and spirit.
 
360 Mind & Body Spring Challenge
This Challenge will encompass 3 targets:
Yoga, Diet and Mindfulness:
Set a Yoga Class Intention
Identify a Dietary Goal
Envision a Mindfulness Practice
 
YOGA CLASS INTENTION: Set a specific, achievable intention to take class a certain number of times each week. It could be 1, 2, 7 or more classes per week. Even 1 class is a perfect start!
DIETARY GOAL: Do you have a food vice you want to reduce or eliminate? Hmmm … that 2nd glass of wine, excess sugar, snacks mid-afternoon, processed foods. Maybe you just want to increase healthy habits such as eating more vegetables/fruits, juicing, or doing a program such as the Whole 30 plan or a plant-based diet. Keep in mind that “every day” is not required; set a realistic goal and build from there. Your positive health changes will get stronger and stronger.
MINDFULNESS PRACTICE: Envision a few minutes in your day when you stop the “monkey-mind” and bring yourself to a calming focus. There are infinite ways to do this: traditional meditations, affirmations, intentional breathing, stillness, or taking a walk in nature. We are excited to help you find something that feeds your spirit!

When Do We Start?
You can start as soon as you like! Challenge Charts will be available at the front desk this week. You can start next week, or choose your own week to start.
How Long is the Mind & Body Challenge?
This is up to you and the goals you set for yourself! Each Challenge Chart holds up to 7 weeks, but you can set your own target timeline — including more than 7 weeks! New habits take about 30 days to install, so be ambitious and aim for lasting health habits!
Are We Having Any FUN Along the Way?
Yes, of course! Your participation in the 360 Mind & Body Spring Challenge will get you PRIORITY ACCESS and DISCOUNTS to some special classes in April:

Sound Healing April 28th

Sound is vibration and we know that vibration touches every part of our physical being. Sound is heard not only through our ears but through every cell in our bodies. Come let healing processes be initiated by the unique tones of this sound bath, creating the perfect state for deep meditation, creative thinking and intuition.
Wake up your ability to hear as you bathe in the sounds of singing bowls, the Handpan, flutes, and gongs. Let go and simply receive the harmonies and vibrations washing over you.
Austin will play an array of instruments to aid you in achieving deep relaxation as you dive into the parasympathetic state of your nervous system. With the aid of these instruments, space will be held for you to connect with the deeper aspects of yourself. This experience is an invitation to enter into your own essence, deeply connect with your body through ethereal sound vibration; to release, soften, unwind, envision and meditate.
