It’s STILL January … Is it time to RECOMMIT to your goals?

 

A Word of Encouragement
 
It’s mid January and we are half-way through the 30-Day Challenge. Whether you are doing the Challenge or just starting off your New Year with the intention of doing MORE YOGA, now is the time to dig deep and recommit.  We are here to encourage you.  We understand that this is the point where it starts to get hard. Here are some tips to keep you going:
 
1.  Plan your yoga classes for the week and put them on your calendar
 
2.  Make a date with a friend to go to class together
 
3.  Allow yourself to go easy for a class or two
 
4.  Give yourself a healthy treat for completing class
 
5. Ask your teachers for help, tell us your troubles, whine … it’s okay and we are here for you!
