The 360 Yoga Flow class if a fusion of our Bikram series and traditional flow yoga. Designed for beginners, this class incorporates the core Bikram postures into a moving format. The heart of the class is flowing movement, including Sun Salutations, Warrior pose progressions, Chaturanga and Vinyasa transitions, and work in Plank position. There is also a floor series including essential spine work including forward and backward bends, and reclined spine twists.
In our Flow class, beginners are able to advance to more challenging variations as they are ready. At whatever level you practice, the class series incorporates vigorous work in the lower body while also providing movement and postures designed to build upper body and core strength. The room is heated to approximately 95°, and music is played in every class.
