We take this day to honor Juneteenth, the now national holiday that marks the day slavery ended in America. What an absolute pleasure to have such strong, young, and kind group of students today. We had the honor of hosting a college aged crowd this afternoon for an experimental class. A beginners, try-it-out class if you will. The one hour class, even though it’s shorter than the traditional 90 minute class, is not easy. You sweat, work hard, and can leave a little light headed. A “what the hell just happened in there” moment and “why am I still sweating?” question in your mind. But the comments after class are the reason why we do it. Things like “that felt surprisingly good” and “I feel so refreshed” is how you feel after an action packed class. Put in the work, sweat hard, and come out feeling amazing. So we are happy we can share that with a new crowd. We encourage all ages, so bring your daughters, sons, brothers, sisters, fourth cousins and whoever! All are are welcome at 360! #we❤️ourstudents ... See MoreSee Less
