Hot Yoga, the Original 26&2 or Bikram Yoga, is a structured hot yoga practice consisting of 26 postures and two breathing exercises, in a heated room. The class systematically works the entire body, improving strength, flexibility, and circulation while promoting detoxification through intense sweating. The heat helps loosen muscles, enhance cardiovascular endurance, and support joint and spinal health, reducing the risk of injury. Additionally, Hot Yoga builds mental resilience, focus, and patience, fostering a deep mind-body connection.
