Charlene Bland

Charlene discovered the transformative benefits of the original hot yoga (Bikram) over 20 plus years ago. In early 2011, she found herself lost emotionally and challenged in ways she had never faced before. She needed something that got in her head, turned off the chatter, calmed her mind, and supported refocus in her life—-She needed a new beginning. That was the start of her committed journey on her mat, what she likes to call her “private island” and her practice of 26 & 2. She yearned for the physical and mental challenge it presented. Hot yoga has not only cleansed her mind, body and soul as well as provided her clarity of mind, improved memory, better circulation, increased energy and a feeling of peaceful calm inside. Charlene smiles from the inside out and it feels amazing.

After attending training in 2014, she continues to find joy in sharing the beauty of yoga and paying forward the healing promotion of this practice. Charlene’s yoga is a lifestyle and it can be yours as well. She learned and now believes that only she can take care of her and ”only you can take care of you”.
