Esak will be giving us a workshop on posture technique, followed by a Bikram class. It is a true privilege to have such an amazing opportunity — and a gift at such a low price. Workshop: 10:30 – 2:00 (cool room)
Class: 2:30 – 4:00 (normal heat)
$75 ($90 after Feb 18) for Workshop AND Class
($30 to take the class only, space permitting)

Is the Workshop for ME?
Esak’s teaching benefits the beginner to the advanced. It is for everyone. If you are new to the practice, you will learn proper form and alignment from the start.
