WAIT LIST NOTIFICATION
We understand that the limited class size and wait list can be frustrating! We will continue to get you notified as quickly as possible when you have been moved off the waitlist and into a class spot.
Check your email. If your name gets moved into class, you will receive an email notice.
Or, if you have the MindBody App, that is the best and easiest way to see your wait list status. Download it on your phone for signing up, cancelling, checking your status, and account information.
Also, you may text or call 843.884.3737 to ask about your status.
CANCELLING YOUR RESERVATION
Please cancel your class reservation as soon as possible. The MindBody App allows you to do this very easily. You may also call or text 843.884.3737. Failing to cancel at least 4 hours prior to class will result in
a charged visit or a $15 late cancellation or no-show fee.
This applies to everyone.

Esak is one of — if not the most — respected and coveted hot yoga teachers in the world. And he is coming to our studio! Esak will be giving us a workshop on posture technique, followed by a Bikram class. It is a true privilege to have such an amazing opportunity — and a gift at such a low price. Is the Workshop for ME?
Esak’s teaching benefits the beginner to the advanced. It is for everyone. If you are new to the practice, you will learn proper form and alignment from the start. If you have been practicing for years, but maybe feel a little stuck in certain postures, he can help you break through. If you are very experienced, you will still hear new information … there is always somewhere new to go.
