Mind & Body Fitness Challenge is Starting Now

We are Greeting Spring
With a Total Mind & Body Fitness Challenge!
Welcome to the first ever 360 Yoga Spring Challenge. Do your fitness and health goals need a little spark? Perhaps January resolutions have faded? We got you! We have designed a program to motivate and inspire you to greater fitness in both body and spirit.
 
360 Mind & Body Spring Challenge
This Challenge will encompass 3 targets:
Yoga, Diet and Mindfulness:
Set a Yoga Class Intention
Identify a Dietary Goal
Envision a Mindfulness Practice
 
YOGA CLASS INTENTION: Set a specific, achievable intention to take class a certain number of times each week. It could be 1, 2, 7 or more classes per week. Even 1 class is a perfect start!
DIETARY GOAL: Do you have a food vice you want to reduce or eliminate? Hmmm … that 2nd glass of wine, excess sugar, snacks mid-afternoon, processed foods. Maybe you just want to increase healthy habits such as eating more vegetables/fruits, juicing, or doing a program such as the Whole 30 plan or a plant-based diet. Keep in mind that “every day” is not required; set a realistic goal and build from there. Your positive health changes will get stronger and stronger.
MINDFULNESS PRACTICE: Envision a few minutes in your day when you stop the “monkey-mind” and bring yourself to a calming focus. There are infinite ways to do this: traditional meditations, affirmations, intentional breathing, stillness, or taking a walk in nature. We are excited to help you find something that feeds your spirit!
Your individual program will look something like this, with your own individual goals:
 
When Do We Start?
You can start as soon as you like! Challenge Charts will be available at the front desk this week. You can start next week, or choose your own week to start.
How Long is the Mind & Body Challenge?
This is up to you and the goals you set for yourself! Each Challenge Chart holds up to 7 weeks, but you can set your own target timeline — including more than 7 weeks! New habits take about 30 days to install, so be ambitious and aim for lasting health habits!
Are We Having Any FUN Along the Way?
Yes, of course! Your participation in the 360 Mind & Body Spring Challenge will get you PRIORITY ACCESS and DISCOUNTS to some special classes in April:
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Class on April 17 at 12:00
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Class on April 21 at 6:30 pm
Sound Healing on April 28
Yin Class — date to be announced
You will also be invited to a Spring Challenge Facebook group where we will share recipes, mindfulness suggestions, pantry prep ideas, success stories, dealing with set-backs, and lots of inspiration!

Sound is vibration and we know that vibration touches every part of our physical being. Sound is heard not only through our ears but through every cell in our bodies. Come let healing processes be initiated by the unique tones of this sound bath, creating the perfect state for deep meditation, creative thinking and intuition.
Wake up your ability to hear as you bathe in the sounds of singing bowls, the Handpan, flutes, and gongs. Let go and simply receive the harmonies and vibrations washing over you.
Austin will play an array of instruments to aid you in achieving deep relaxation as you dive into the parasympathetic state of your nervous system. With the aid of these instruments, space will be held for you to connect with the deeper aspects of yourself. This experience is an invitation to enter into your own essence, deeply connect with your body through ethereal sound vibration; to release, soften, unwind, envision and meditate.

Dear Yoga Family, welcome to 2021 at 360 Yoga Charleston! If your resolutions include maintaining and improving your overall health, then you are in the right place. To start the year, we have a Sound Healing Session to help you recover from 2020, and the annual Yoga Warm-Up and 30-Day Yoga Challenge to jump-start your health and fitness goals.
 
Yoga Challenge 2021!!
January 10 – February 7 is the Warm Up: Add 1 Class Each Week
February 8 – March 9 is the Challenge: 30 Classes in 30 Days
What is the YOGA CHALLENGE? 
30 Yoga classes in 30 days.
It’s a “challenge.” It is not, not, not necessary that you “know” you can do
all 30 — Just set your intention and try your very best. Even just upping your normal practice 1 or 2 classes per week is a challenge. If 30 in 30 is too much, maybe 3, 4 or 5 classes a week is appropriate. Whatever your level, set your goal and go for it!
When Does it Start? 
The January Warm-Up starts on the Jan.10th: Do 1 class the first week; 2 classes the second week; and so on.
The 30 Day Challenge starts February 8th: Do 1 class Every Day for 30 Days, or set a challenge goal for yourself.
Challenge SALE on classes: 
To encourage you to join the Yoga Challenge, we are offering:
1 Month (30 days) Unlimited Classes for $130 ($20 OFF) Use this package for a period of 30 days in January or February. OR
2 Months (60 days) Unlimited Classes for $255 ($45 OFF) Use this package for a period of 60 days, Jan 10 – March 10 (warm-up and challenge).
If you have a current class package, it will be paused during the Challenge period, and then resume when finished.
Why do the Challenge? 
This is an incredible way to start the New Year and bring a focussed goal to your practice. Take these 30 days to build a healthy body from the inside out, and create some consistent, healthy habits for 2021. It also brings our yoga community together in a uniquely positive and encouraging way. The energy in the studio is heightened and we want you to share in this uplifting experience.

We understand that the limited class size and wait list can be frustrating! We will continue to get you notified as quickly as possible when you have been moved off the waitlist and into a class spot.
Check your email. If your name gets moved into class, you will receive an email notice.

CANCELLING YOUR RESERVATION
Please cancel your class reservation as soon as possible. The MindBody App allows you to do this very easily. You may also call or text 843.884.3737. Failing to cancel at least 4 hours prior to class will result in
a charged visit or a $15 late cancellation or no-show fee.

We are excited to announce that we are extending the Challenge to a full 60 days!

For those of you currently doing the 30 – day challenge, keep going!  If you missed out with this one, you can start next week on February 14th!  Also, the “Challenge SALE” will be available to make it easier — just $115 for a full month of unlimited classes.

For the challenge, any Bikram Yoga or Yin Yoga class counts.  You can do 1, 2, or more classes per day if you miss a day!

A Word of Encouragement
 
It’s mid January and we are half-way through the 30-Day Challenge. Whether you are doing the Challenge or just starting off your New Year with the intention of doing MORE YOGA, now is the time to dig deep and recommit.  We are here to encourage you.  We understand that this is the point where it starts to get hard. Here are some tips to keep you going:
 
1.  Plan your yoga classes for the week and put them on your calendar
 
2.  Make a date with a friend to go to class together
 
3.  Allow yourself to go easy for a class or two
 
4.  Give yourself a healthy treat for completing class
 
5. Ask your teachers for help, tell us your troubles, whine … it’s okay and we are here for you!
