Yin Yoga is a restorative form of yoga that combines relaxation and stretching postures held for up to several minutes. Yin is non-vigorous and is mostly comprised of sitting postures designed to increase flexibility and open tight areas of the body. Yin allows the body to relax into deeper flexibility, following the body’s natural range of movement.
