WELCOME TO 360 YOGA OF CHARLESTON

Formerly Bikram Yoga Charleston, our new name is 360 Yoga of Charleston. We are in the new building at 1141 Bowman Road. What is changing? Nothing. Same Bikram classes, Flow and Yin.

Important Parking Rules: For most classes, parking in our lot will be sufficient. Overflow parking is available in the Neuroscience lot across the street. There is also some space in the paved karate parking lot next door. Parking in the gravel/dirt Nationwide Insurance lot is ONLY allowed on weekends. If you park there, we will have to ask you to move your car (we will keep the door open for you!). This is very important. If we violate this privilege, then we will lose it.

PRICES

We will NOT be raising prices.
In fact, all classes are ON SALE until Feb. 28th and those on AutoPay will get an automatic sale deduction from their regular monthly charge.

Schedule

The schedule will be changing slightly starting Monday, Feb. 18. Please see below.

YOU ARE GOING TO
LOVE

THE NEW STUDIO!
For larger classes, parking will take a little extra effort. But the classes are worth it! And, we will leave the door unlocked for a few minutes after class begins.

A note to students in the downtown and West Ashley areas,

All of us at Bikram Yoga Charleston would like to acknowledge the unfortunate closing of the Redux studio. As devotees to the hot yoga practices, we are disheartened by this development. We believe that more yoga in the world is a good thing, and we welcome you to practice with us in Mount Pleasant if you so choose. It is always disappointing when a yoga studio closes its doors, especially when the location or style suited you best.
At Bikram Yoga Charleston, we offer the traditional 26 and 2 Bikram series in 90 minute, 75 minute and 60 minute class options. We also offer Yin(stretching classes), which conclude with Nidra (guided relaxation). Coming soon, we are planning to add Vinyasa classes as well. For continued learning and growth, we offer at least one workshop per year with a master instructor (Esak Garcia was here last month). Additionally, our staff-led workshops (such as yoga for weight loss, Detox seminar, and Ayurvedic teachings) offered throughout the year are FREE for AutoPay and Annual members.
Also, by the end of the year, our location will be changing to central Mt. Pleasant, at 1141 Bowman Road, near the intersection of Hwy 17 and 526. We are all very excited for our new location!
So if you find yourself looking for a hot room, give us a call or drop in for class. All of our staff will be delighted to see you and welcome you to Bikram Yoga Charleston!

YOGA NIDRA
New Time for Regular Nidra Classes: Every Wednesday at 12:15

Yoga Nidra — also known as “Yogic Sleep” or sleep with awareness — is an ancient practice that is rapidly becoming popular in the west. Its purpose is to induce complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation, and create a deep meditative state of consciousness. Yoga Nidra is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining fully consciousness. The practice can be used to tune into your intuition, to set intentions, or to merely set the rest of the world aside for a while and sink into deep relaxation.

Yoga Nidra Details:

20-30 minutes long
Every Wednesday at 12:15
Room is “cooled” to about 85
Practitioners lay still on their backs (a mat is nice)
Sam leads us through the conscious sleep practice

FREE FOR EVERYONE

Next Nidra Class is Aug. 31st, 12:15 – 12:45
