Esak Garcia is coming to BYC to lead these 2 very special events. Esak is a world class practitioner, competitor and teacher. His classes are in demand in Bikram Yoga communities all over the globe, and his visit is the absolute highlight of our special events for the year. We are so very lucky to have him.

 

Posture Clinic (morning class): The focus will be technique for the 26 & 2 beginner’s class (what we do every day), with some extra teaching on back bending.

Intermediate Class (afternoon class): Esak’s signature e84 Intermediate Class is for anyone with a basic foundation in the regular beginner’s practice. We will have the chance to explore some new postures and develop new skills! It is a 90 minute hot class that is safe and fun.
