SOUND BATH — APRIL 20 AT NOON

360 Yoga has invited Liz Ramirez to offer this special event at our studio! Join us for a Saturday afternoon of high-frequency vibration with the sound of the gong, full octave crystal singing bowls, Native and African drumming and more.  We will begin our practice with breathing, and a short meditation transitioning into the sound. The Sound Bath creates the space to allow the body and mind to enter in a deep relaxation state while connecting to the vibrations of the sacred instruments.
 
Liz Ramirez is a certified yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner. She also holds a certification in sound healing which has become one of her favorite services to the world. Liz uses sacred sound instruments like the gong, crystal singing bowls, and drums to balance frequency by projecting the sound via sympathetic resonance into the imbalanced area, restoring the natural harmony and allowing the body to relax.
